Special Topic
The Special Topic supplemental box is used to include additional content in a textbook that is related to the current topic, but is not part of the regular content.

Argument:
- title

The title of the special topic, which is displayed next to the +/- open/close button.
Key:
- open

The initial open/close status of the aside box. By default the panel is closed (open=0).
