Tabular Module

The tabular module defines a set of environments for constructing HTML tables or tabulars. The name tabular is used to avoid confusion with the floating table block. The tabular environment is the a basic 'table' environment that can be used to create most any type of tabular structure. The other environments are derived from the tabular environment and are used for special types of tabular structures for displaying simple information or programming reference information.
