General Blocks
The document module defines an environment for creating and general blocks. This is similar to the minipage environment in LaTeX.

\begin{block}[width=dim height=dim style=cssnames]

\end{block}
Create a basic div block with an optional size and/or style css class names. This block can be nested to create multiple-levels of blocks with different styles and dimensions.
Keys:
- width

The width of the block. The default is 100%.
- height
-
The height of the block. The default is its natural height.
- style
-
The name of one or more block specific css class names for modifying the default style of the block. The standard styles defined for the block environment are shown below:
