Values Table

The valuestable environment is used to create a special purpose table similar to the Reference Table which can be used for identifying and describing a collection of values. It is derived from the reftable environment and accepts all of the same arguments. The valuestable differs from the reference table in that the values are included in the left column and formatted in a monospace font. The resulting table is also styled to use a smaller font and aligned on to the left, with a small indentation.

\begin{valuestable}[
             term='Function'
             descp='Description'
             width=#
             colwidth='0.75in|'
             colalign='l|l'
             colclass='value|'
             headalign='c|c'
             style=names]

  \row{100}{The operation was successful.}
  \row{-1}{An error occurred.}
  \row{leftcol-value}{rightcol-value}

\end{valuestable}
Used to build a table that provides a summary of various functions, methods, and operators in a programming language The table is comprised of two columns: the left column contains the function or method and the right column contains the description. The left column is narrower and does not wrap, while the right column typically includes multiple lines of text. Note that only the normal \row command can be used in this table.
